Threat to record, in one pass
From arrival to a durable record.
It arrives
Raids, spam floods, scam links, mention storms. Docket watches every message the instant it posts — before a human is even online.
It’s judged
Layered rules score content in real time and act: block, mute, timeout, ban. Severity decides the response. No queue, no delay.
It’s on the record
Every action opens a case with evidence, reason, and the moderator or rule behind it. Nothing is lost between shifts.

The preview uses an example roster. In an authenticated workspace, Docket returns live standing, risk level, and a full timeline of every warn, mute, ban, note, and appeal — who did it, when, and why. Try it: pick a member on the right.
- Standing and risk at a glance
- Complete, attributable action history
- Nothing lost between shifts or channels
What’s left behind
Every action becomes a file you can read back.
No disappearing DM logs, no “who muted this person and why.” The moment automod acts — or a moderator does — Docket opens a case with the evidence, the reason, and the rule or person behind it. Months later, it still reads clearly.
Open the caseloadBackend guarantees
Moderation commands are recorded before execution, assigned an idempotency key, and retain any Discord failure for review.
Cases, reports, roles, saved views, and preferences are authorized and queried within the selected Discord guild.
Appeal links expire, work once, and keep reversals pending when Discord cannot complete the requested action.
Questions, on the record
Everything you need to know before you file the first case.
Most servers are protected in under 10 minutes. Add the bot to your server, invite your mod team, and turn on a starter automod ruleset — your command deck populates automatically. No engineering required for the core setup.
Extensively. Build layered automod rules with your own severity thresholds and actions, then let every moderator reorder, show, or hide deck widgets, choose date ranges, pick a theme and accent color, adjust density, and save custom views — all persisted to their account.
Yes. Docket ships with Admin, Moderator, and Helper roles out of the box, and admins can edit the exact permission matrix per role at any time. Console visibility and API access are both enforced against permissions.
Docket signs you in through Discord and uses signed, httpOnly dashboard sessions with server-side revocation. Your Discord password, authenticator, and recovery codes stay with Discord and are managed in Discord account settings.
Dashboard tables and charts can be downloaded as CSV or JSON. Generated reports support CSV, JSON, PDF, and XLSX.
Not currently. Paid checkout and plan management are hidden until Docket has a real billing provider and verified entitlements.
